Suicide: Cultural, Clinical and Ethical Issues Series

Join us on Wednesday, April 18th for this live webcast series on Suicide.

Though psychologists regularly encounter suicide risk within their practices, formal training on suicide assessment and management is sparse. In this three-part series, participants will learn state-of-science theoretical, measurement, and applied approaches to assist psychologists in managing suicide risk among diverse populations, while attending to legal and ethical needs and considerations. Case practice will solidify skills in culturally competent suicide risk assessment and management.

This series is presented by Joyce Chu, PhD; Bruce Bongar, PhD, ABPP, FAPM, CPsychol, CSci; Peter Goldblum, PhD, MPH; and Christopher Weaver, PhD.
