Presidential Program--- Integrated Approaches to Geriatric Health Care
Length: 110 minutes
Session offered by Division 17. This symposium describes interprofessional assessment and care of geriatric patients with a range of clinical problems across a variety of health care settings. The four presentations will describe approaches to collaborating and communicating with other professionals to enhance the assessment and care of the older patient in diverse settings including primary care, outpatient medical clinics, rehabilitation facilities, and palliative care settings. The research and practices described will engage a spectrum of geriatric syndromes.
