Psychotherapy will maximize its effectiveness by targeting the most powerful sources of change: the therapeutic relationship and the patient him/herself. This INTERMEDIATE clinical workshop provides integrative methods for adapting or tailoring treatment to the individual client and his/her singular context. Participants learn to reliably assess and rapidly apply four or more evidence-based methods for constructing the therapy of choice. In this way, practice and research converge on responsiveness that demonstrably decreases dropout rates and improves treatment outcomes.
